We have not used the product yet. I called because I had ordered the wrong thing and wanted to know if the wood glue sticks would work just as well as the ones I intended to order. I forget the name of the fellow who I talked to (forget his name) but he was so nice and gave me the info I needed and offered a return If I had a problem when I try them. I appreciated the fine service
